Air bubble film two-layered 1200 mm x 100 m

The bubble wrap offered by EPApack, manufactured by DPV, is a two-layer, pink polyethylene film specifically designed for electrostatically sensitive products. With a width of 1200 mm and a roll length of 100 m, it provides a total area of 120 m². The film is certified according to the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and ensures a surface resistance between 10^10 and 10^11 Ω due to its conductive properties. The discharge time is a maximum of 2 seconds. The film is equipped with a bubble diameter of 10 mm and a bubble height of 4 mm, which provides additional protection. It is printed with the recycling symbol LDPE 4, is amine-free, and made from 5% recycled material, making it an environmentally friendly option. The durability is 3 years under optimal storage conditions, which require an ambient temperature of 10 to 25 °C and a humidity of over 20% without direct UV radiation. Moreover, the film is weldable and fully recyclable. Ideal for the protection and packaging of electronic products, this film offers both safety and sustainability in one product.
