The air cushion interlayers from EPApack, manufactured by DPV, are specifically designed for technical applications that require dissipative or antistatic packaging. The interlayers comply with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offer an effective solution for preventing electrostatic discharges. With a width of 350 mm and a length of 550 mm, complemented by a thickness of 0.1 mm, these interlayers are ideal for protecting sensitive products. The material consists of three-layer, recyclable polyethylene with a recycling content of 5%. The surface of the interlayers is pink and unprinted, which allows for easy identification. The bubbles of these air cushioned interlayers have a diameter of 10 mm and a height of 4 mm, providing additional protection. The surface resistance is between 10^10 and 10^11 Ω, and the discharge time is a maximum of 2 seconds, ensuring fast and safe handling. The interlayers are weldable and, when stored properly, protected from UV radiation and at an ambient temperature of 10 to 25 °C and a humidity over 20%, they can last up to three years.Details
