The ESD precision tweezers 3C.SA.ESD by ideal-tek are specifically designed for precision work in electronics manufacturing and other sensitive work environments. This high-quality tweezer made of stainless steel is coated with an ESD epoxy, providing antistatic properties and qualifying it for use in cleanrooms. Equipped with very sharp, fine tips, the tool allows excellent visibility of the component while ensuring a secure grip due to its short body.
The total length of the tweezer is 110 mm, with a tip length of 15 mm and a width of 9.5 mm. The tip itself measures only 0.4 mm in width and 0.25 mm in thickness, supporting precise work. Ideal-tek Precision tweezers ESD

The precision tweezers from Ideal-tek, made of stainless steel or carbon steel, are coated with a black ESD-safe epoxy coating (resistance 105 - 106 Ohm). The elastic epoxy coating offers improved user comfort and shock resistance in environments up to 120°C. They have good resistance to many diluted acids and alkalis. They are ESD-compliant and are suitable for use in electrostatically protected areas.
