PU foam 267x216x20 mm

The electrostatic dissipative PU foam from EPApack offers an effective solution for the safe packaging and transportation of sensitive electronic components. This pink-colored foam meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and is specifically designed to prevent electrostatic discharges. With dimensions of 267 mm in length, 216 mm in width, and a thickness of 20 mm, the product is available in a smooth finish.
The polyurethane material ensures a long durability of up to 2 years with proper storage. The foam can be used in a temperature range from -10 to 100 °C, featuring a self-ignition temperature of 400 °C and a decomposition temperature of 180 °C. The conductive conductivity makes it ideal for use in shipping boxes, with both bubble foam and smooth foam variants available.
