PU foam 400x300x20 mm

The EPApack PU foam with dimensions of 400x300x20 mm is a high-quality solution for the protection and packaging of sensitive electronic components. This product is characterized by its electrostatic dissipativity, which complies with the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1, thus offering effective protection against electrostatic discharges.
The pink color of the foam facilitates identification and sorting in storage and shipping processes. Made from polyurethane, the foam is open-celled and available in a soft, smooth finish. It is available in both a nubbed and a smooth profile version, allowing for flexible use.
The physical properties include an operating temperature range from -10 to 100 °C and a self-ignition temperature of 400 °C. The decomposition temperature is at 180 °C, highlighting the robustness of the material. With proper storage, the foam is durable for up to two years. Its conductivity is dissipative, providing additional safety in sensitive electronic environments.
