EPApro® Personnel Tester 1000 table-top device

The EPApro® ESD Personnel Tester 1000 desktop device, manufactured by DPV, is a state-of-the-art solution for verifying personnel grounding in ESD-protected work areas. This device meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 61340-5-1, ANSI ESD S20.20, and the GDPR. It offers quick and efficient measurement of shoes and wristbands in less than 2 seconds and is equipped with a 7 inch HD touch color display for intuitive operation.
Additional features include an integrated multi-RFID reader, which is compatible with all common standards, and configurable switching outputs for access control systems. Measurement data can be managed both locally and over a network, with the optional EPApro® Control Server software enabling central management and archiving of data.
Technical specifications include dimensions of 265 x 180 x 100 mm and a weight of 1 kg. The operating temperature ranges from 10 to 40 °C with a humidity of up to 75%. The test voltage is adjustable between 30 and 100 V, and the device comes with a power supply for 100-230 V.
Included in the delivery are the EPApro® Personnel Tester 1000, a shoe electrode, power supply, user manual, and a factory calibration certificate. The recommended calibration interval is 24 months. This device is ideal for companies that require reliable and standard-compliant verification of ESD safety equipment.

EPApro® – Networked ESD personnel grounding control system

EPApro® Personnel Tester 1000

The EPApro® 1000 is a compact measuring device to verify the personnel grounding and fulfills the requirements of DIN EN ISO 61340-5-1, ANSI ESD S20.20 and GDPR (general data protection regulation). Programmable switch outputs allow using it as access control. A privacy mode offers the possibility to log and display the measurement without names. The measurements are logged and stored in the EPApro® 1000 device conforming to standards and the GDPR. It is possible to retrieve measured data via network or maintain them locally on the device by means of the stand-alone function.

The EPApro® devices are available as table-top unit or as wall-mounted devices with standard RFID reader or with modified RFID reader for reading HID Prox format.

Recommandation: Interconnection with EPApro® Control Server

The EPApro® 1000 device can be connected as a single device (Stand Alone) or via the company network with the optionally available EPApro® Control Server software, even across locations. The EPApro® Control Server offers the advantage of being able to manage the EPApro® 1000 devices centrally and to store all data in a central database.
