DPV Shelf trolleys

Our EPAmove^® shelf trolleys have been designed for safe in-house transportation in electrostatically protected areas (EPA). They meet the requirements of DIN EN 61340-5-1 and ensure controlled dissipation of electrostatic charges thanks to conductive components.

The trolleys consist of a galvanized metal construction with a stable base frame and are equipped with four shelves. Depending on the type, the shelves can be individually adjusted in height (25 mm grid) and inclination. This allows ergonomic adaptation to different work processes. The bottom shelf of types 1207 and 1208 is fixed.

Equipped with four ESD swivel castors, two of which have brakes, the shelf trolleys enable safe and flexible transportation. The “ELS” version uses non-marking gray ESD castors. The maximum total payload is 250 kg, with each shelf being able to carry up to 80 kg.

Thanks to the different dimensions and height variants, the shelf trolley can be easily adapted to specific requirements in assembly, production or material logistics. It is delivered for easy self-assembly.
