The 3-tier cart from Fetra is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive environments of the electronics industry. With a loading area of 850 x 500 mm and a carrying capacity of 300 kg, this cart offers an optimal solution for transportation, material handling, and picking tasks. The construction made of welded steel tube and profile steel is electrically conductive powder-coated in dark gray, ensuring durability and functionality.
The shelf heights vary between 207 and 827 mm, while the surfaces of the wood-based panels are manufactured according to DIN 68765 and equipped with a 5 mm high edge. This ensures high conductivity with a surface resistance of 10^5 - 10^7 Ω. The tires made of TPE / ESD and the electrically conductive casters, consisting of two swivel and two fixed casters, allow for flexible and safe handling. The total weight of the cart is 39 kg.
Additionally, the cart can be equipped with the innovative "TOTALSTOP" - the central braking system from Fetra - which allows for easy and safe operation with just one footstep and securely locks the swivel movement of the steering casters. This system enhances the safety and ergonomics of using the cart.
