ESD Swivel castor with bolt hole - "stop-fix" 600, load capacity 165 kg

The ESD swivel casters with back hole "stop-fix" 600 from Blickle provide an optimal solution for applications where electrostatic discharge must be avoided. These casters are equipped with a housing made of galvanically zinc-plated, blue passivated steel sheet that is free of Chromium VI and ensures a long lifespan through the special dynamic Blickle riveting process. The double ball bearing in the swivel head ensures stable and smooth running.
The wheel consists of a high-quality polypropylene wheel body and a tread made of thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a hardness of 85 Shore A. The gray, non-marking, and oil-containing tread offers very high chemical resistance and a temperature resistance from -20 °C to +60 °C. The load capacity of the casters is 165 kg statically and reduces to 65 kg at temperatures above +30 °C when in motion.
With a wheel diameter of 80 mm, an overall height of 102 mm, and a weight of 600 g, these casters comply with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and are ideal for use in sensitive electronic environments. The casters feature a back hole with a diameter of 13 mm for mounting and are conductive, highlighting their suitability for ESD-sensitive areas.
