ESD Swivel castor with bolt hole - "stop-fix" 600, load capacity 175 kg

The ESD swivel casters with back hole "stop-fix" 600 from Blickle impress with a load capacity of 175 kg and are specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive areas. The housing of the LER series is made of galvanically zinc-plated steel sheet, which is blue passivated and Cr6-free. A double ball bearing in the swivel ring and a sturdy central bolt ensure smooth running and a long service life due to the dynamic Blickle riveting.
The wheel of the TPA series features a tread made of high-quality thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a hardness of 85 Shore A and is oil-containing and non-marking. The wheel body made of impact-resistant polypropylene is colored black.
The casters are highly resistant to chemicals and aggressive substances and are temperature resistant from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C. They meet the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offer a static load capacity of 175 kg, while the load capacity when moving is reduced to 70 kg.
Further technical specifications include a wheel diameter of 100 mm, an overall height of 125 mm, a projection of 36 mm, and a weight of 700 g. The plate diameter is 70 mm, and the back hole has a diameter of 13 mm.
