The ESD caster wheels with back hole 500 are specifically designed for applications requiring a load capacity of up to 100 kg. These caster wheels have a diameter of 125 mm and a wheel width of 38 mm, making them ideal for use on various types of floors. The steel sheet housing is galvanized to prevent corrosion, and the wheel is made of odorless solid rubber, allowing for quiet operation and vibration damping.
The wheels are electrically conductive, making them suitable for ESD-sensitive environments. They have a total height of 153.5 mm and a projection of 40 mm. The integrated dual ball bearing in the fork head and the ball spacer ensure smooth mobility and additional sealing. Note that plasticizer diffusion can cause discoloration of the floor contact. The Shore hardness is 85 Shore A, making the wheels particularly resistant to abrasion.
The total weight of the wheel is 1083 g, and it is equipped with a back hole of 12 mm for mounting.
