The ESD swivel casters with back hole 500 are specifically designed for use in environments where electrostatic discharges must be avoided. These casters have a load capacity of 50 kg and are equipped with a diameter of 80 mm and a wheel width of 27 mm. The back hole has a diameter of 12 mm, which allows for easy mounting.
The casters consist of a steel sheet housing, known for its robustness and durability, and are equipped with a tread made of odorless solid rubber, which is not only low-noise but also vibration-damping. The Shore hardness of about 85 A ensures an optimal balance between hardness and elasticity.
Additionally, the casters are electrically conductive, making them ideal for use in sensitive electronic manufacturing areas. The overall height of the caster is 101 mm and the projection is 38 mm. The roller bearing ensures smooth movement, while the housing can withstand temperatures up to 50 °C. Please note that plasticizer diffusion can cause discoloration of the floor.
