ESD Swivel castor with top plate - double stop 500, load capacity 70 kg

The ESD swivel casters with mounting plate - Double Stop 500 have a load capacity of 70 kg and are specifically designed for applications where electrical conductivity is required. This swivel caster from our solid rubber series features a tread made of odorless solid rubber in black and a wheel body made of sheet steel with roller bearings, which ensures a quiet and vibration-damping run. The sheet steel housing is galvanized and the fork head is equipped with a double ball bearing, which ensures additional stability and durability.
The wheel has a diameter of 100 mm, a total height of 125 mm, and an outreach of 38 mm. The plate dimensions are 105 x 80 mm, which allows easy mounting. The Shore hardness is 85 A, making the wheel hard and resistant to abrasion. Despite its robustness, the wheel weighs only 960 g. Note that plasticizer diffusion can cause discoloration of the floor.
The ESD swivel casters are ideal for use in areas where static discharge is a critical issue, thus supporting safety and functionality in technical environments.
