The ESD caster with mounting plate - Double Stop 500 has a load capacity of 205 kg and is specifically designed for use in environments where electrical conductivity is required. With a total height of 235 mm and a wheel diameter of 200 mm, this model combines functionality with high mobility.
The caster features a tread made of odorless solid rubber tires, which not only ensures quiet operation but also dampens vibrations. The wheel body is made of robust steel sheet with a roller bearing, while the standard steel sheet housing is galvanized and has a double ball bearing in the swivel head. The sealing with integrated ball spacer contributes to durability.
The wheels are kept in black and achieve a Shore hardness of 85 A. Note that plasticizer diffusion can cause contact discoloration of the floor. The attachment is made via a mounting plate with dimensions of 135 x 110 mm.
Additional technical details include a weight of 3524 g, a wheel width of 50 mm, an axle hole of 12 mm, and screw holes with a diameter of 11 mm and a screw hole distance of 80 x 60 mm.
