ESD Fixed castor with top plate 500, load capacity 205 kg

The ESD swivel casters with a load capacity of 205 kg are specifically designed for applications where electrical conductivity is required. These casters belong to the SGS-EC series and feature a wheel body made of robust steel sheet with a roller bearing. The tread made of odorless solid rubber in black minimizes noise and dampens vibrations, making them ideal for use in sensitive environments. The standard steel sheet housing of the ILC housing series is galvanized to prevent corrosion and offers high stability.
Technically, the casters have an overall height of 235 mm and a wheel with a diameter of 200 mm and a width of 50 mm. The wheel bearing is a roller bearing, which ensures easy maintenance. The attachment is made using a mounting plate, the axle hole size is 12 mm, and the screw holes have a diameter of 11 mm with a screw hole distance of 105 x 80 mm. Note that plasticizer diffusion can cause contact discoloration of the floor. The Shore hardness of the wheels is about 85 Shore A, which underscores their durability.
With a total weight of 2622 g, these casters are not only functional but also practical for a wide range of applications.
