ESD Fixed castor with top plate 500, load capacity 70 kg

The ESD swivel casters with a load capacity of 70 kg are characterized by their electrical conductivity and quiet properties. These casters are part of our solid rubber series and offer high comfort thanks to their vibration-damping effect. The wheel body is made of sheet steel and is equipped with a roller bearing, while the tread is made of odorless, black solid rubber tires. The housing made of standard sheet steel is galvanized, ensuring robust and durable use.
Technically, the casters have a static load capacity of 70 kg and a Shore hardness of 85 A, making them particularly resistant to abrasion. The wheel has a diameter of 100 mm and a width of 27 mm. The total height of the assembly is 125 mm, and the weight per caster is 630 g. The casters are attached using a mounting plate with an axle hole of 8 mm. The screw holes have a diameter of 9 mm and a spacing of 80 x 60 mm. Note that plasticizer diffusion can cause discoloration of the floor.
