ESD Fixed castor with top plate 500, load capacity 100 kg

The ESD swivel casters with a load capacity of 100 kg and fitting 500 are specifically designed for use in areas where electrical conductivity is required. These casters belong to the SGS-EC wheel series and feature a steel sheet wheel body as well as a roller bearing that provides an odor-neutral, black solid rubber tire. The tread has a Shore hardness of about 85 Shore A, which gives the wheels excellent vibration-damping properties and a quiet operation.
The housing of the wheels, part of the ILC housing series, is made of standard galvanized steel sheet. The total height of the wheels is 155 mm, and they have a wheel diameter of 125 mm. Weighing 1015 g and mounted via a fitting plate, these wheels are ideal for a variety of applications. Note that plasticizer migration may cause discoloration of the floor.
The wheels are equipped with a roller bearing, the wheel width measures 38 mm, and the axle hole has a diameter of 8 mm. The screw holes have a diameter of 9 mm and the distance between screw holes is 80 x 60 mm. These features make the ESD swivel casters a reliable choice for technical requirements where ESD protection and mobility are needed.
