ESD Swivel castor with top plate 500, load capacity 70 kg

The ESD swivel casters with mounting plate 500 are designed for a load capacity of up to 70 kg and offer an optimal solution for applications where electrical conductivity is required. These casters are part of our solid rubber series, which is characterized by quiet operation and vibration-damping properties. The wheels have a diameter of 100 mm and a total height of 125 mm, allowing for flexible handling.
The tread is made of odorless solid rubber in black with a Shore hardness of 85 Shore A, which contributes to durability. The wheel body is made of steel sheet and equipped with a roller bearing, while the standard steel sheet housing is galvanized and features a fork head with double ball bearing. The seal includes an integrated ball spacer, simplifying maintenance.
The attachment is via a mounting plate measuring 105 x 80 mm, and the wheels are unbraked. Note that plasticizer diffusion can cause discoloration of the floor. Weighing 790 g and with a wheel width of 27 mm, these casters are robust and reliable for use in ESD-sensitive areas.
