ESD Swivel castor with mounting plate 500, load capacity 100 kg

The ESD swivel casters with mounting plate 500 are specifically designed for applications where a load capacity of up to 100 kg is required. These electrically conductive swivel casters from our solid rubber series offer an optimal combination of quiet operation and vibration-damping properties, making them ideal for use in sensitive environments. The wheel body is made of robust steel sheet and is equipped with a roller bearing, while the tread is made of odor-neutral solid rubber in black.
The housing of the casters is standardly made of galvanized steel sheet and features a fork head with double ball bearing and a seal with integrated ball spacer. The casters are sized with a wheel width of 38 mm and a diameter of 125 mm. The total height is 155 mm and the projection is 40 mm. The assembly is done using a mounting plate measuring 105 x 80 mm.
Technically, the casters are designed for ESD-protected areas, making them conductive and minimizing the risk of electrostatic discharges. Note that plasticizer diffusion can cause contact discoloration of the floor. With a weight of 1193 g and a Shore hardness of 85 Shore A, these unbraked swivel casters provide a reliable and durable solution for your mobility needs.
