The ESD swivel casters with mounting plate 500 offer a load capacity of 205 kg and are ideal for applications where electrical conductivity is required. These casters are part of our solid rubber series, known for their quiet operation and vibration-damping properties. The wheels of the SGS-EC series consist of a steel sheet wheel body with roller bearing and a tread made of odorless solid rubber in black. The steel sheet housing of the ILC housing series is galvanized and features a fork head with double ball bearing and a seal with integrated ball spacer.
Technical specifications include a wheel diameter of 200 mm, a total height of 235 mm, and an overhang of 55 mm. The ESD capability and conductivity of the caster ensure safety in sensitive environments. Additional details include a weight of 3054 g, a Shore hardness of 85 Shore A, an axle hole of 12 mm, and mounting via a mounting plate measuring 135 x 110 mm. The unbraked swivel caster has a wheel width of 50 mm, and the screw holes measure 11 mm with a screw hole spacing of 105 x 80 mm.
