Controller for CC series

The KL-TCC control unit from Kilews, specifically designed for the CC series, is an essential tool for current-controlled screw systems. It offers direct measurement recording via torque and angle sensors, enabling high accuracy in screwing operations. With the ability to program various screw cases or strategies, the device supports multi-stage screwing procedures and angle control functions.
Simple programming can be done via a PC or directly on the device, and screw data can be exported via RS232, Micro SD, or LAN. Real-time monitoring and the N-DAS data management system software enhance the efficiency and control of the screwing process. Up to 15 screw parameter sets and subprograms can be stored, and up to four levels per screw operation can be set.
Technical specifications include an input voltage of 100 - 240 V/AC, a power of 90 W, and an output voltage of 40 V/DC. The dimensions of the device are 185 x 241 x 127 mm with a weight of 4.6 kg, making it suitable for the SKT-CC series.

The KL-TCC control unit for current-controlled screwdriving systems. These ensure a high level of safety during the tightening processes and enable the direct recording of measured values via torque and angle sensors as such and not indirect determination via the motor current. All kinds of screwdriving or strategies can be set. Multi-stage tightening process and control functions.
