The power supply SKP-BC40HLN-V4.1, developed by Kilews, is specifically designed for the BN200, BN500, and BN800 series and is distinguished by its advanced features. It not only offers a counting function and screw time monitoring but also various connectivity options such as sensor/release, reset, start, and external program selection. The speed setting can be easily adjusted via a HI/LO switch, and it supports a counting range from 1 to 99 screws with the possibility of forward and reverse counting during counterclockwise operation.
The technical specifications include an input voltage of 100-240 V/AC and a variable output voltage of 24, 32, or 40 V/DC. With dimensions of 213 x 131 x 65 mm and a weight of 1.8 kg, the power supply is compact and robust. It features five individually definable parameter sets for sequential or single processes, allowing flexible handling in various application areas. The device also offers a power output of 220 W and is equipped with a 2.0 m long cable that has a 6-pin connector.
This power supply thus represents a reliable and efficient solution for automated screwdriving processes.

The control unit monitors whether the switch-off torque set on the electric screwdriver is reached within the set time window. In addition, each IO screw connection is counted and compared with a target number of pieces. IO, NOK and total IO are indicated via an optical and acoustic display. The speed can be set in two stages. A start-up ramp to make it easier to find the first threads is infinitely adjustable up to 9.9 seconds. With the auto-learning function, the device automatically adjusts to the respective screwdriving task.
