PoSy80 base frame for wall mounting

The PoSy80 base frame for wall mounting is a highly functional system specifically developed for precise screwing applications. It features an extremely torsion-resistant construction that is fully ball-bearing supported, ensuring accurate tool guidance and easy positioning. The maintenance-free parallel support arm is equipped with an adjustable tool holder that can accommodate tools between 32 and 45 mm.
The span of the support arm is 850 mm, and it can handle a maximum torque of 80 Nm. Additionally, the support arm is equipped with a pneumatic cylinder that can be adjusted for different tool weights, as well as a 6 mm quick connect for compressed air with an optimal operating pressure of 6 bar.
With the ability to expand the system into a 3-axis positioning system, the PoSy80 base frame offers additional flexibility for various application areas. This makes it an ideal solution for technical environments that require reliable and precise tool handling.
