The TorqueVario®-S VDE 2872 from Wiha offers precise torque adjustment from 0.5 - 2.0 Nm and a release accuracy of +/- 6%, meeting the requirements of DIN EN ISO 6789. This toolkit includes an ergonomically designed screwdriver handle with an integrated scale, an insulated ClicFix bit holder for secure retention of slimBits, and a Torque-Setter with adapter. The handle has a length of 142 mm and a diameter of 131 mm, while the total weight of the tool is 256 g.
The components are packed in a sturdy bag that allows for clear and secure storage. The tool is specifically designed for working on electrical applications up to 1,000 V AC and complies with the international standard IEC 60900. A clear signal upon reaching the set torque prevents material damage and rework, while the patented SoftFinish® handle design supports muscle-friendly work and is recommended by doctors and therapists of the AGR. Note: Bits are not included in the scope of delivery.

Wiha TorqueVario®-S VDE torque handle

The TorqueVario®-S VDE torque system offers controlled screw tightening and safety in electrical applications. The set includes an ergonomic torque screwdriver handle with numerical scale, a bit holder and setting tool, all in a durable case. The variably adjustable torque range covers a wide range of applications. An audible and tactile signal when torque is reached ensures reliable work and protects against material damage. With a triggering accuracy of +/- 6%, the tool meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 6789. The insulated ClicFix bit holder ensures that the slimBits are held securely. The 6 mm slimBits are up to 33% narrower and can also reach screws that are more difficult to access. All components are tested in accordance with IEC 60900 and enable safe working up to 1,000 V AC.
