Blade L 2.0 standard

The "Messer L 2.0 standard" by CAB is specifically designed for use in the Hektor 2 bridge separator and is made of high-quality special steel. This precise tool with a width of 1.85 mm is ideal for working on circuit boards with small bridge distances without getting jammed in the milling slot. For optimal results, the blade should be at least 0.15 mm narrower than the milling slot.
To accommodate specific requirements, custom intermediate sizes are available in addition to the five standard widths. The blade allows for punching out bridges on both the right and left edges of the circuit board, making it unnecessary to rotate the board. This increases efficiency and precision in processing.

Blades for Hektor 2

The blades for the Hektor 2 off-cut remover are made of special steel. Each version is available in 5 standard widths.
To prevent the blade from jamming in the PCB, it should be at least 0.15 mm narrower than the milling slot. Intermediate sizes are manufactured according to customer specifications.
The L-blade is used for small off-cut spacings.
The T-blade is used to cut out off-cuts on the right and left edges. There is no need to turn the PCB.
