Diagonal cutting pliers RX8146 ESD

The Lindström RX8146 side cutter combines high-quality materials and precise workmanship for professional requirements. Made from a high-performance steel alloy and phosphated, this tool offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance. The induction-hardened edges achieve a hardness level of 63-65 HRC, ensuring precise and clean cuts, even with harder materials.
The ergonomic ESD-safe two-component handles provide a secure and comfortable grip and are specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive environments. With a length of 135.5 mm and a weight of only 68 g, the side cutter is ideal for precise work in hard-to-reach places or for rework. The cutter's opening spring can be adjusted to three positions to individually adapt the spring tension and opening width.
The cutting capacity for copper is up to 1.02 mm for soft and 0.81 mm for medium-hard materials. The precision-ground cutting edges and the friction-reducing screw connection contribute to the tool's longevity and efficiency. Available in various cutting shapes like micro-bevel, flush, and ultra-flush, this side cutter meets versatile requirements in metal processing and electronics manufacturing.
