Micro diagonal cutting pliers RX8237A ESD, long jaws, 50° bent

The Lindström RX8237 micro side cutter, developed according to the ERGO™ process, is distinguished by its precise cutting performance and ergonomic handling. This high-quality tool is made from a high-performance steel alloy and features induction-hardened precision cutting edges with a hardness of 63–65 HrC, making it particularly durable and resilient. With a head width of 10.6 mm and a jaw length of 17.4 mm, the side cutter enables precise work even in tight areas.
The ERGO™ handles with ESD-safe two-component material provide optimal grip and are mounted over a sturdy polypropylene core, which adds additional durability. A numerically controlled machine grinding technique ensures the accuracy of the cutting angles and the fit of the cutting edges. The side cutter is phosphated to further protect the surface and minimize friction.
The tool's opening spring can be adjusted in three positions or removed to regulate the tension during use. This makes the RX8237 particularly suitable for fine assembly work and rework in electronics manufacturing. With an overall length of 144 mm and a weight of just 65 g, this side cutter is an indispensable tool for precise cutting tasks.
