This model features a tapered, flattened head without bevel and is ideal for precise cutting work in hard-to-reach areas or for rework. The ESD-safe handles made of synthetic material are equipped with an opening spring, which increases comfort and safety during handling.

The cutting capacity of this plier is specifically designed for copper wires. Made from a high-performance steel alloy and phosphated, the side cutter offers precision-ground cutting edges that guarantee an exceptionally long life and a clean cut. The induction-hardened edges have a hardness level of 63-65 HRC and are equipped with a friction-reducing screw connection that enables smooth cuts.

Technical specifications include a head length of 10 mm, a maximum wire thickness of 0.81 mm, and a weight of 45 g. The overall length of the plier is 110 mm, and the tip width is 0.8 mm.

The specified cutting capacity applies specifically to copper wire. Manufactured from a high-performance steel alloy and with precision-ground cutting edges, the diagonal cutting pliers guarantee a particularly long service life and a clean cut. The induction-hardened cutting edges with 63-65 HrC ensure maximum hardness and robustness. They are equipped with a friction-reducing screw connection, which increases the line accuracy of the cutting edges and therefore ensures precise cuts.
