Zero Smog TL Kit 2 FN

The Zero Smog TL Kit 2 FN from Weller is a high-performance, portable solder fume extraction unit designed for effective pollutant capture right at the source. With a width of 355 mm, height of 455 mm, and length of 330 mm, this device combines compact dimensions with a strong suction power of 120 W and operates remarkably quietly at just 50 dB. The device weighs 9 kg and is powered by a voltage of 220 - 240 V.
The kit includes the FT91013699 Zero Smog TL extraction unit, the FT91000033 ZSRS Zero Smog Remote with a range of 2 meters, a flexible extraction arm, two ALFA funnel nozzles, and two mounting clamps with a diameter of 63 mm. Thanks to the Easy-Click System, the device can be quickly and easily assembled, and the separately replaceable pre-filter guarantees a particularly long filter life. An optical and acoustic indicator informs about the necessary filter change.
Thanks to the angled metal nozzle and the additional ALFA funnel nozzles, the device can be used effectively both for pinpoint accuracy and over larger areas. Ideal for technical work environments where precision and cleanliness are crucial.

Zero Smog TL solder fume extraction kits

The Weller Zero Smog TL kits are complete solutions for solder fume extraction that have been specially put together for various workplace requirements. These kits contain all the necessary components to ensure efficient extraction of soldering and adhesive fumes and improve the air quality in the workplace. The kits contain the Zero Smog TL extraction unit and, depending on the version, 1 or 2 extraction arms and various nozzles (funnel nozzle or beveled nozzle).
