The HAKKO SMD hot air station FR 850 is a state-of-the-art solution for demanding electronics processing. With a power output of 112 W and precise airflow control from 1.5 to 5.0 L/min, this device allows for exceptionally fine adjustments to various components and circuit boards. The temperature control can be adjusted between 50 and 600°C in 1°C increments, ensuring precise control during the soldering process.The station is characterized by its quick attainment of the target temperature and maintains it even under varying load conditions. An integrated auto-offset function performs automatic calibrations and temperature corrections to always ensure precise working conditions. The FR 850 supports the NA01 nozzle series and can be connected via a USB-C interface to the HAKKO Control Software, which allows for detailed logging and management of operating parameters. The package includes the hot air station, a hot air pencil FR 8501, a soldering iron holder FH 225, and the necessary USB and power cables. Hot air ON/OFF at the touch of a button - Perfect for working under the microscope
Control the hot air with the button on the handpiece (ON/OFF). Ideal for precision work under the microscope. Improves both efficiency and accuracy for work in the micrometer range.
The wide, top-mounted multifunction button also serves to control the hot air station (ON/OFF). The operating status is immediately recognizable by the LED indicator on the top.

The hot air temperature can be measured by installing sensor A1557 in conjunction with the FG 101B measuring device (optional) on the stand.

Software
By connecting the station to a PC, the set hot air temperature, calibration/correction, and the hot air temperature curve during operation can be recorded on the PC. Enables the collection of traceability data.
Automatic shut-off
The automatic shut-off function reduces unnecessary power consumption and minimizes wear and tear on the devices.
