HAKKO hot air rework station FR 810B

The FR-810B hot air rework station combines high heating power with a strong air volume – for fast, efficient, and gentle removal of SMD components. The powerful hot air flow enables rework tasks to be completed in up to a third of the usual time. With an integrated vacuum lift function and lift indicator, it offers maximum safety and precision – the perfect tool for professional repair processes.

Automatic standby function and shutdown

To ensure user safety and save energy, the standby function is automatically activated as soon as the hot air gun is placed in the holder. The iron is actively cooled. If the iron is not removed from the holder (for example, because it is clamped in a rework stand), the automatic shutdown is activated after 30 minutes of idle time and the station switches off. Access to these settings can be protected by the password function.

Preset mode for creating a simple thermal profile

The chain preset function allows you to create a simple thermal profile by combining several presets (up to 5 steps). This greatly improves productivity by standardizing working time, preventing overheating, ensuring repeatability of the work task, and simplifying the work process.
