The ceramic interchangeable tip tweezers, model 73MZ.SA from Ideal-Tek, are distinguished by their replaceable tips made of Zirconia Toughened Alumina (ZTA). This combination of zirconium dioxide and aluminum oxide provides high strength and hardness, while maintaining a low density. The tips are free from open porosity, have a very hard surface, and are abrasion and wear-resistant. Additionally, they exhibit good flexural strength, fracture toughness, excellent thermal properties, and high temperature stability up to 1400°C. Corrosion resistance and electrical insulation are other outstanding features.
The tweezers are especially suitable for soldering processes and handling components in thermal and chemical processes, where very stiff tips are required. With a length of 140 mm and a tip length of 35 mm, the tool offers precision and comfort. The tip width is 0.3 mm and the overall width of the tweezers is 9.0 mm. The weight is 16 g. Tweezers with exchangeable ceramic tips

The tweezers with ceramic exchangeable tips are made of zirconia-reinforced aluminum oxide (ZTA), an advanced material known for its unique combination of strength (due to zirconia) and hardness (due to aluminum oxide). This composition results in tweezers with relatively low density, no open porosity and a very hard surface that ensures exceptional abrasion and wear resistance. The tweezers have excellent flexural strength and fracture toughness, making them ideal for intensive use.

 

The thermal properties of these tweezers are remarkable and offer high temperature stability.
