Table mats EPAstat

The ESD table mat with a textured surface is a particularly durable work surface for use in ESD-protected areas. It ensures reliable dissipation of electrostatic charges to ground, provided it is connected to a grounding system.

The scratch-resistant surface protects sensitive electronic components from damage during manufacturing while also providing a durable work surface. The mat is made of high-quality synthetic rubber with a textured surface and can be laid directly on the workbench without adhesive.

The two-layer construction consists of a static-dissipative top layer and a conductive bottom layer, which ensures a constant and reliable grounding path. The material is extremely resistant to abrasion, heat, UV radiation, solder splatter, and hot solder paste. Unlike inexpensive PVC mats, the synthetic rubber does not melt even when in contact with hot metal parts or solder residue, making it ideal for soldering workstations.

The EPAstat ESD table mats can be laid loosely on the work surface without adhesive. If necessary, they can be securely fastened with double-sided adhesive tape or Quick-Lift fabric tape. In addition, the table mats are RoHS- and REACH-compliant and thus meet important requirements for environmental and material compatibility. They are available in grey and light blue.
