Accessories for SAFESHIELD stacking box

Lids, compartments and trays with/without dividers are available for SAFESHIELD stacking boxes.

The slip-on lids for the SAFESHIELD stacking boxes have a 4-point adhesive and fit on stacking boxes with the respective dimensions.

The compartments are specially designed for use with the SAFESHIELD stacking boxes 5510.SB.400.A and 5510.SB.600.A and support efficient organization and storage of components. They are equipped with 10 long and 15 short partitions that allow flexible division.

The stacking trays with handle are specially designed for use in the SAFESHIELD stacking boxes 5510.SB.400.A (up to 2 stacking trays) and 5510.SB.400.B (up to 4 stacking trays).

The SAFESHIELD divider consists of an insert with divider and two compartments. The divider can be placed in the stacking trays.

The accessories have the following common properties:

  • reusable
  • blue
  • inside and outside permanently dissipative and abrasion-resistant
  • typical surface resistance inner/outer cover RS = 109 - 1010 Ω
  • high shielding properties thanks to conductive inner layer
  • electrostatic shielding < 1 nJ (Energy Test)
  • good mechanical properties
  • recyclable
  • in compliance with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1
