HAKKOI IoT soldering station FN 1010

The FN-1010 soldering station allows you to collect all relevant data from the manual soldering process and control the process centrally. 100% traceability and reliable data acquisition at one or more soldering stations thanks to flexible interfaces.

Thanks to its wide temperature range, the FN-1010 meets all the requirements of a modern, manual soldering workstation – even under nitrogen. All relevant information is collected, stored, and visualized centrally. The soldering temperature is closely and precisely controlled, providing important data and insights for optimizing your manual soldering workstations and reducing sources of error. Thanks to the FN-1010, the “invisible” but important factors of the soldering process in production become visible.

FN 1010 closely and precisely controls the soldering temperature. Information is collected from the manual soldering process, stored, and visualized.  

The following information can be collected with a memory chip in the tip of the T36 series and stored in a computer via a soldering station:

  • Soldering tip format
  • Soldering tip serial number
  • Number of heating processes
  • Total usage time to date (active power supply to date)
  • Set target temperature
  • Amount of energy supplied
  • Type of solder alloy (lead-free/lead-based)

 

The “invisible” but important factors of the soldering process become directly visible. The collected data can provide information and impetus for important optimization steps.

 

Can be connected to N2 soldering iron:

Improvement of the wettability and spreadability of the solder.

 

Automatic calibration & offset and transmission of measurement results via infrared

The system automatically determines whether the measurement results are within the preset tolerance limits. If the measured value is within the specified limits, the station enters operating mode. If the value is not within the limits, the offset value is automatically determined and adjusted accordingly.

Minimizes the risk of transmission errors and deviations in temperature measurement.

Automatic temperature measurement. FG-100B automatically detects the connection of the measurement. Reduces user-related deviations in the measurement process.

Visualization and control of data from the soldering process

It is now possible to directly visualize even the “invisible” but important factors of the soldering process. The collected data can provide insights and impetus for important optimization steps. The data is displayed in real time on the LCD screen.
