Silicone-free thermally conductive paste HTC10S 10 ml

The silicone-free thermal paste HTC10S from Electrolube provides an efficient solution for thermal coupling between electronic components and surfaces that require heat dissipation. This paste is ideally suited for use on components such as diodes, transistors, thyristors, as well as on heat sinks and semiconductors. With a thermal conductivity of 0.9 W/mK, it guarantees high thermal conductivity and thus supports improved device performance through effective heat removal.
The paste is characterized by its excellent anti-creep properties and can be used over a wide operating temperature range from -50 °C to +130 °C. Additionally, it is easy to apply and, due to its low toxicity and minimal weight loss through volatilization, is particularly economical and environmentally friendly. The shelf life is three years with proper storage. The HTC10S is delivered in a practical 10 ml syringe and is available exclusively in complete packaging units.
