The Chemtronics Foamtip 120 cleaning sticks are specifically designed for precise cleaning applications. These swabs feature a polyurethane foam head made from medical-grade foam with an open-cell structure. This structure allows for efficient particle entrapment without releasing fibers or other particles. The foam head is thermally bonded to the handle, eliminating the need for adhesives or binders.
The swabs are particularly suitable for removing excess adhesive, cleaning micromechanical components, removing flux residues on circuit boards, and applying small amounts of adhesives or lubricants. With a length of 130 mm, a width of 11.7 mm, and a diameter of 8.6 mm, these sticks offer high solvent capacity and are cost-effective for high-volume applications.
Each packaging unit contains 1200 pieces, divided into 24 bags of 50 pieces each, simplifying handling and storage.
