Cleaning sticks PU, head 2.7 x 9.9 mm

The Ideal-tek PU cleaning swabs are distinguished by their precise manufacturing and high efficiency when used with various solvents such as cleaners and flux removers. The head of these swabs is made from a fine, mesh-like polyurethane foam (100 ppi) that features an open-cell structure. This combination allows for excellent particle binding as well as effective solvent retention, without leaving behind any particle residues.
The handle is made from polypropylene, measures 2.4 x 80 mm, and contributes to a stable and safe handling. The overall dimensions of the head are 2.7 x 9.9 mm. Additionally, the swabs are free of adhesives and binders, which eliminates the risk of contamination.
The packaging unit includes 100 pieces of these high-quality cleaning swabs, each weighing 1 gram and having a tip width of 3.3 mm. Despite their robust construction, these swabs are not ESD-safe. Ideal for technical applications where precision and cleanliness are paramount.
