Kapton adhesive dots 4 mm

The Kapton adhesive dots with a diameter of 4 mm are made from high-temperature-resistant polyimide film and are ideal for applications where high heat resistance is required. They are equipped with a silicone adhesive that ensures excellent adhesion. These adhesive dots are specifically designed as solder masking dots and are available on rolls of 1,000 pieces each.
The thickness of the dots, including adhesive, is about 0.070 mm. They can withstand temperatures of up to 240°C for 10 minutes and even briefly endure maximum temperatures of 260°C. Their color is brown-transparent, making them discreet and versatile.
The thermal class H (180°C) underscores the high quality and reliability of these adhesive dots for technical applications in various industrial sectors.
