Aerostat PC 2 - mobile ionizer (table model)

The Simco Aerostat PC 2 is an advanced, mobile ionizing device in a desktop model, specifically designed for the neutralization of static charges. With a voltage of 100-240 V and alternating current technology, it offers an effective ionization area of 300 x 1220 mm. The device is characterized by its compact dimensions of 173 mm width, 231 mm height, and 84 mm depth, and weighs only 1.25 kg, making it ideal for use on workbenches or in integrated process tools.
The micropulse technology ensures a self-balancing ion output with a precision of ±10 V, which guarantees the protection of sensitive electronic components. The discharge time is less than 2 seconds at a distance of one meter, and ozone production is extremely low at a maximum of 0.005 ppm, minimizing environmental impact.
Additional customization options such as fan speed control and an optional heater increase user comfort, while optical and optionally acoustic alarm systems monitor operational status. A built-in emitter point cleaner reduces maintenance times and promotes consistently optimal performance.

Aerostat PC 2 - mobile table model

The Aerostat PC 2 is a portable and versatile table-top ionizer for the targeted neutralization of static charges. It is ideal for use in the assembly, testing and packaging of electronics. Due to its low weight and small design, it can be easily positioned on workbenches or built into process tools.

Adjustable settings (depending on version): The unit includes fan speed control (low/medium/high), an optional heater to heat the airflow for greater comfort, and visual and optional audible alarm systems to monitor faults and ionization status. The Aerostat PC 2 devices are available in four versions:

  • Standard version (7500.PC2): for basic applications without additional requirements
  • version with alarm (7500.PC2.A): for environments that require visual or audible feedback on the ionization status
  • Version with heating (7500.PC2.H): for workplaces where heated air flows provide more comfort and better process requirements
  • Version with alarm and heating (7500.PC2.HA): for maximum control and safety
