ESD Textile upholstery NEON
The textile upholstery ESD NEON by bimos is specifically designed for clean production environments and combines the highest protection with maximum comfort. This product ensures reliable controlled discharge of electrostatic charges through its conductive materials and meets the requirements of the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.
The seat cushion allows for the replacement of already damaged or existing cushions. It is breathable and extremely comfortable, ideal for long sitting periods and high temperatures, as it can absorb and release moisture. Additionally, it is simultaneously soft and durable and can be easily replaced through a system by bimos.

Conductive upholstery
In order to guarantee the safe dissipation of electrostatic charges, the upholstery from Bimos is also conductive and offers maximum comfort at the same time. Despite the high requirements in the ESD area, there are four upholstery variants to choose from.
Integral foam ESD
Production environments often require robust and resistant upholstery, which is where integral foam ESD comes in. In addition to its dissipative properties, it is also resistant to various chemical substances and mechanical influences.

Supertec ESD
Unique
Specially developed for the production sector and unique worldwide, Supertec combines the advantages of all cover materials for ESD chairs: conductivity, robustness and optimum sitting comfort
Robust
The structure of the Supertec cover fabric is unique: a micro-armouring is applied to the soft textile backing. The micro-armoring ensures that Supertec can withstand even heavy mechanical loads and is extremely robust. The durability of the upholstery fabric makes Supertec an investment that is not only reflected in employee satisfaction but also pays off economically.
Comfortable
Despite its high resistance, Supertec is particularly soft and comfortable thanks to the soft textile backing. The upholstery adapts to the contours of the body and ensures pleasant comfort even when sitting for long periods.
Breathable
Supertec is breathable and gives the ESD NEON swivel chair an air-permeable seat surface, which ensures that employees feel comfortable and sit comfortably even on warm days.
Synthetic leather ESD
Synthetic leather is also a very soft and particularly comfortable ESD cover. The Bimos synthetic leather contains neither plasticizers nor phthalates, which means that the synthetic leather does not lose its softness and smooth surface even after long periods of use. This cover material also scores highly in terms of ease of cleaning and resistance to disinfectants.
