Product Info

PP partition length 553 mm / height 50 mm / grid 127 mm/ ESD with external supports

The PP honeycomb panel from EPAstore, manufactured by DPV, is an efficient solution for protecting your electronic components from electrostatic discharge during storage and transport. This product is made from extruded polypropylene with a honeycomb profile, ensuring high abrasion resistance and low weight. The panel is volume conductive and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.
With a length of 553 mm, a height of 50 mm, and a grid size of 127 mm, the panel offers optimal subdivision into four segments with five slots and is specifically designed for 600x400 mm Euro containers. The 3 mm thick wall can be obtained in an extra sturdy version of 3.5 mm upon request. Additionally, it is equipped with an outer ridge, which facilitates handling.
The panels are customizable to customer specifications, including the option to add viewing and grip cutouts to ease the removal of components. They are available in black and can be individually printed to allow for clear labeling and organization.
