The safety shoe LARKIN blue Low ESD by Elten combines functionality with modern design and offers comprehensive safety features for industrial use. This low shoe is made from a seamless mesh upper and provides high comfort thanks to the padded tongue and breathable textile lining. The TPU/PU sole of the WELLMAXX series, equipped with an Infinergy® core from BASF, guarantees optimal cushioning and is slip-resistant according to SRB standard.The shoes are available in blue and in sizes 35 to 48. They meet the safety class S1P according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345. The steel toe cap effectively protects against injuries, while the metal-free penetration guard offers additional safety. The insole is replaceable and meets the ESD SPORTIVE black standard, making it ideal for electrostatically sensitive work environments. Additionally, the shoes are compatible with orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191 and offer a personalized fit through the lacing closure. Weighing 540 g (size 42), these shoes are a lightweight choice for daily use.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRB
The shoe is slip-resistant on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
The DGUV Rule 112-191 defines how foot and knee protection must be properly used – particularly with regard to orthopedic insoles in safety shoes. Only safety shoes that are certified according to this rule may be fitted with custom insoles without impairing their protective function. This ensures that the safety features of the footwear remain fully intact.
BASF Infinergy®
Elastic like rubber, but resiliently light. The world's first expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU). Combines the properties of TPU with the advantages of foams. Infinergy® has a low density, is extremely elastic and abrasion-resistant and has very good resilience. Infinergy® also has a permanent load-bearing capacity in a wide temperature range (-20 to over +40°C).
