The Elten Livas Black-Red ESD safety shoe combines sporty design with high functionality and safety. This low-cut shoe in black and red is certified according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20347 O1, SRC, Form A, and provides comprehensive protection for professional applications.The upper made of breathable mesh and the textile lining ensure a comfortable foot climate. The plastic toe cap and metal-free penetration protection guarantee optimal safety, while the slip-resistant sole made of rubber/TPU/EVA (TRANSFOAMERS) is also oil and chemical resistant as well as antistatic.
The insole is fully ESD capable and orthopedically adjustable according to DGUV 112-191, making the shoe also suitable for wearers with special orthopedic requirements. The sole is also replaceable. Weighing just 440 g in size 42 and featuring a practical lace-up closure, this unisex safety shoe offers comfort and flexibility. ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
