Safety shoe Excel Light

The Reebok ESD Excel Light safety shoe is ideal for professionals in industry, assembly, and logistics. This model combines a sporty design with highly functional features that enhance comfort and safety at the workplace. The upper is made of durable microfiber and breathable nylon mesh, ensuring a comfortable foot environment even under intense use.
For safety, the lightweight aluminum toe cap and the metal-free penetration protection made of composite material, both comply with the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345 S1P SRC. The inner textile lining is moisture-wicking and, together with the removable MemoryTech footbed that offers customized cushioning, it guarantees excellent comfort.
The EVA midsole, enhanced by the XL ExtraLight® technology, makes the shoe exceptionally light and allows for flexible, fatigue-free work. The slip-resistant outsole provides additional safety and is resistant to fuels, oils, and various chemicals. Available in black for sizes 36 to 47, this unisex lace-up shoe is an excellent choice for anyone who values safety and comfort.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.

Safety shoe Excel Light

Excel Light safety shoes combine sporty design with innovative functionality for professional working environments in industry, assembly, and logistics. The upper material made of robust microfiber in combination with breathable nylon mesh ensures a comfortable foot climate even when worn for long periods. The moisturizing mesh lining on the inside also ensures a comfortable fit.

Equipped with a lightweight aluminum toe cap and metal-free penetration protection, the shoe offers reliable safety without additional weight. The removable MemoryTech footbed made of memory foam adapts individually to the foot and provides optimal cushioning with every step.

The directly injected EVA midsole, combined with XL ExtraLight® technology, ensures a particularly low overall weight and supports fatigue-free working thanks to its high flexibility and wearing comfort. The outsole is slip-resistant (SRC) and resistant to fuels and oils.

The XL ExtraLight® outsole impresses with its extremely lightweight material with closed pores – for maximum comfort with minimum weight. It is resistant to chemicals, water, and UV radiation and also has an antibacterial effect.
