ESD basic training (on-site)

Proficient handling of ESD-sensitive components and assemblies is fundamental for ESD protection. The half-day basic ESD training provides participants with necessary fundamentals and practical knowledge for ESD safety in manufacturing and assembly. The basic ESD training is suitable for new employees as well as apprentices and for regularly refreshing the existing knowledge of employees. The training content can be specifically adapted to your company's needs.

The basic ESD training takes place on-site at your company.

No prior knowledge is required for new employees.

Duration:

  • Half-day training
  • An individual adjustment of the duration to your training needs is of course possible

Contents:

  • Fundamentals of electrostatics
  • Hazards and damages from static charging and ESD
  • ESD protection measures and their effectiveness
  • ESD marking
  • Monitoring of measures and documentation

Practical examples demonstrate the formation of electrostatic charging and the effect of suitable ESD protection measures.

ESD basic training

Our basic ESD training course provides fundamental knowledge about ESD safety in manufacturing and assembly and is intended for all employees working in these areas. No prior knowledge is necessary. The content provides practical illustrations of the causes of electrostatic charging and the effects of appropriate protective measures. The training can be conducted flexibly as classroom, in-house, or e-learning formats and can be tailored to company-specific requirements. Participants receive training materials and a certificate of participation. Refresher courses are also available for employees who have already been trained.
