Dissipative and shielding air bubble bags combine shock-absorbing protection with standard-compliant ESD safety. They protect sensitive electronic components from both mechanical stress and uncontrolled electrostatic discharge (ESD) during storage and transportation.
Both versions are recyclable and have a three-layer film structure, a 50 mm flap and smooth insides and outsides.

| Dissipative air bubble bag | HIGHSHIELD air bubble bag |
ESD protection princible | dissipative - controlled dissipation of electrostatic charges (DIN EN 6134051) | Faraday shielding < 5 nJ (EnergyTest) + dissipative inner layer |
Film structure | PE triple laminate, pink, approx. 35% PIR recyclate, amine-free | Outside: HIGHSHIELD film (Rs 10⁹-10¹⁰ Ω) Inside: PERMASTAT® film (Rs 10⁹-10¹⁰ Ω) |
Typical application | Inside the EPA - additional shielding wrap required if the shipping area is not an EPA | Inside and outside the EPA without additional shielding packaging |
