CARBOSTAT air bubble film 300 mm x 100 m 0.16 mm

The CARBOSTAT bubble wrap offers a width of 300 mm and a roll length of 100 m, totaling 30 m² of protective material. This three-layer, black copolymer film is characterized by its electrostatic volume conductivity and complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for use in environments where electrostatic discharges must be avoided.
The film has a thickness of 0.16 mm and is unprinted. It is also sealable, but not resealable, and can be indefinitely durable if stored properly. The surface and volume resistances are at 10^4 Ω. The bubbles of the film have a height of 4 mm and a diameter of 10 mm, providing additional protection.
The recyclable material and the smooth outer and inner sides highlight the practical and environmentally friendly use of the CARBOSTAT bubble wrap in your operation.

 

Note on ESD measurement:

To obtain a reliable measurement result, the resistance measurement should be conducted without trapped air. Without the air cushioning, the necessary contact area of the electrodes on the material is provided, which delivers a precise measurement result. Measurements with an air gap can lead to deviating values.
