The antistatic PE foam film from EPApack provides an effective solution for protection and packaging requirements in ESD-sensitive environments. With a roll width of 600 mm and a length of 150 m, this pink film covers an area of 90 m². The thickness of the material is 1.5 mm, ensuring optimal cushioning and protecting the product from scratches and dust.
The film is electrostatically dissipative according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 and has a surface resistance of 10^11 Ω. The material, polyethylene, has a density of 17 - 35 kg/cm³ and is weldable, though not resealable. With proper storage, the foam can last up to 2 years.
This recyclable and easy-to-process foam film is excellent for use as a cover, wrap, as well as a separator and interlayer, and can be precisely adapted to the shape of the product to be protected.
