The electrostatic dissipative PU foam from EPApack offers a reliable solution for protecting sensitive electronic components during transport. These PU foams with napped foam profile are electrostatically dissipative. They are suitable for use in shipping boxes and as upholstery foam. The PU foams are characterized by the following properties:

  • pink
  • polyurethane
  • napped foam profile 1:1, soft, open-cell
  • surface resistance < 1010 Ω
  • dissipative
  • Operating temperature: -10 - 100 °C
  • Auto-ignition temperature: 400 °C
  • Decomposition temperature: 180 °C
